我们的静电卡盘系统在4至12英逻辑芯片、存储芯片、功率器件FAB都拥有丰饶的验证实绩，涵盖晶圆搬运、氧化物/多晶硅刻蚀、离子注入、薄膜等工序。我们的静电卡盘子系统成功在国产半导体装备制造商及实验室完成键合/层压、印刷、激光划片、缺陷检测、新工艺开发等方面实现量产。
